It all depends on your ability to digest. Cooked is much easier to digest in low energy (crash, stage 3) states. One thing that is good for raw is to take a veggie -- for instance, raw spinach - and put it in a high powered blender with some water, reduce it to a fine sludge, and drink. Chewing the sluge helps release digestive chemicals.

If you are digesting OK, you can do raw stuff chewed carefully.
