I was so scared to try my first Liver Flush and it went well!

have done a couple more since with great results.

went to my dr. and found out itching and burning rash was from scabies we probably caught while pet sitting our neighbor's dogs for a couple weeks!
it was bad!

I'm slowly learning to take better care of my 'temple' again. went thru a few years of overwork and stress and let my low immune system burn out.

it's getting better. also found out from tests that bloated stomach etc was from h. pylori infection. that's almost cured...it can take a year sometimes
