Thanks for writing back. As for my gut, I don't have much of an appetite in the FL heat and recently have been relying on green smoothies, distilled water, Gatorade, oatmeal with OCO, pumpkin seeds.... Can't say I would sit down for a full meal unless it was chicken wings. Hey- just being honest. I always find a way to eat garlic, and now the rind of citrus fruits, love kale and will eat that every day if I can, carrots too.

I do consume 100% essential oils and I believe they make a huge difference whether in the body or on it.

I am not distended like I was before. I looked 6 months pregnant before! Now I just look a little out of shape.

I can only consume small meals. My large intestine is necrotic from a twist that is cemented by endometrial tissue and it's way too late for me to try and fix on my own with natural methods.

I have colon resectioning surgery surgery Wednesday. Thank goodness be wise too much longer and I could have really endangered my Heath by reaching toxicity and being g septic. As I kill off the parasites it's nearly impossible for me to keep up with eliminating them.

So I feel so blessed that I had nothing to do for 3 weeks while my kids were on vacation but cleanse, paragone, drink my smoothies, wash everything every other day, do masks, rest as I needed to, spend as much time necessary doing enemas every day- basically it was parasite boot camp! I couldn't have done it without the wonderful people on CZ. Especially once I discovered Clews masks for face and my back.

This is where I discovered Borax! Woo Hoo!

Sorry to go on and on. I never use the same towel twice and put Borax on my mattress, then on my mattress pad, and wash it all every other day- pillows included. I bleach my shower, toilet, sink... Everything.

Anyway- again, thank you for asking about me. I'm learning and doi g what I feel is right for me. I know how some people on CZ feel about surgery but at this point it's a necessity and as sick as I have been I'm grateful and blessed to have insurance and an my excellent surgeon to take care of me.

I did have one more release last night- I believe it was the last of the water from my enema- and it contained little material but nothing I would consider parasitic and most of it was just dirty water.
