The 801010 forum is filled with folk that also aren't fully vegan or 100% raw - you just wouldn't know it because talk of cooked or non vegan food is banned on that forum - and the mods MAKE SURE nothing but fruit consumption is talked about. I'm a veteran 'raw food world-er'...i see the use in it and i see where it fails too. As most do who have spent more than a decade exploring such diets.

As i said in my previous post, vigilance with 801010 was employed...and as i am aware of the calories required on such a diet do you think i would just skip the number one rule? Please...your inability to respect that anyone has attempted such diets correctly is insulting.

My main point to you is there are MANY other causes of ill health aside from calorie restriction.

The guy who coined the term 'vegan' died of bowel cancer. Many fruitarians and raw vegans have died of cancer. One chap who spent over 40 years on such a diet died of cancer. And that's just those that died of cancer...that's not including those 'health guru's' that died of other health complaints. Google raw vegan cancer deaths. Enlighten yourself.

Consuming pure vitamins, minerals and enzymes from the finest foods on the planet and cancer still can get you. Shocking isn't it? But it proves other things beside diet and calories affects health.

I don't go on about nothing but candida and parasites...but ya know what? IF I DID, i would do it in the RELEVANT forum!
Instead of gate-crashing any forum and telling everyone they're wrong about what they think is wrong with them.

Adrenal fatigue...high cortisol is indicative of...hang on, you already have this figured out of course, but don't have adrenal fatigue...so i don't see how i can answer your obvious ignorance on the subject.

I have no idea on your candida theory but I'm glad for you that you've proved to yourself what chronic candida really is - that'll be useful when you have that health battle on your hands.
