Clogged liver before - bowel cleanse?

Would a Bowel Cleanse be recommended in middle of a parasite cleanse?

Felt like it was clogged before. Also would anyone recommend continuing regular dose 3 times a day of herbs (which has blackwalnut, garlic, Wormwood , cloves and others, etc.) around day 7 now of taking herbs.

Wondering as it looks like a lyme doctor appointment is not in sight so deciding on this. Asking for suggestions of what others might do. Thinknig of contuing with parasite purge over the other I was using as it has Cascara Sagarda.
