Somewhere on this forum it is questioned how long after a flush should you assess any discomfort from the region, and it was agreed that you should wait two weeks before re assessment. The tiniest stones are supposedly from the biliary ducts coming from the liver and the larger ones are in the GB itself. Did you have pain/discomfort prior to flushing?
