The dryness is what i experienced when I took 10 grams of borax a day just for a test. Nose bleeding has probably other causes; like low vit C

My suggestion is to reduce the borax to 1 /16 of a level teaspoon; enough to get some benefit, but not enough for the drying effect.

Or quit it, unless the benefit of increased libido etc is worth it.
Or take it just once or twice a week. Many options.
