It's always been way, way more psychic than physical fatigue. I can still run and jump and all that, amazingly...
it's the brain fog that transports me into a world of utter spaciness and sci-fi like solitude. Like I'm "out of my body".

I'm currently on NB, but I'm not convinced it's helping, so I'm just going with it (since Apr. 2012, and still getting worse).

And yes, life is a beautiful thing besides this hell haha, no doubt...

My biggest problem right now is fear of trying supplements that could purely just hurt me, while I'm thinking it's some die-off and it's not...
I need to KNOW what I have exactly - parasites, fungi/candida...nobody can point me to some infallible/foolproof test.
A few have mentioned the Metametrix kit though...but it's a bit pricy, but if it's the only solution (?).
