I'm really sorry to hear you feel like this my friend, life is great when your health is great - but positively sucks when you feel like you are in a living HELL, like many unfortunately are. I've never ever heard of grapeseed extract to do this to anybody, and I've recommended it Pycnogenol and products like it for over 20 years and this is the first time I've ever heard of this.
Your AF needs treatment, do a salivary cortisol test and see a doc who knows about this. You may be borderline Addison's disease (go to Dr. Google and read up), I've seen this in several patients who are so physically stuffed, they can barely move their arms, legs or even speak, as you are saying. Let me know.
