Well, I think I can not care about my EC, but not about my Fordyce Spots. Unfortunately they are way more noticeable than my EC... I have more than 50 white spots on my lips and they keep showing up...
As my lips are really red, and the spots are bright white/yellow, they are pretty damn noticeable…
My EC and my Fordyce Spots are definitely related, because they started in the exact same day (!) But I do think that it my EC is causing my Fordyce Spots. As you say, EC makes your lips prone to bacteria, and Fordyce Spots are, basically, bacteria:

1. Bacteria Build up within the Pores
2. The oversupply of sebum, caused by the bacteria clogging pores”
