I for one don't think you should worry about fordyce spots bro. I've had em for years and their a)common b)not noticeable(I've hooked up with tons of beautiful girls with these things, never had a complaint) and c)completely harmless.

I used to buy into that maybe the ec and the spots are related, but I just don't think so. There's millions upon millions of people who have these things and don't have ec. I think their coincidental and we just think about them a lot due to our ec-induced preoccupation with our lips.

If I were you I'd put the spots out of your head and focus on your ec. Ec, IS harmful, its a bacteria trap, its not nice to look at, its not waterproof and its not something I feel I can live my life to the fullest with.
