nuts also constitute concentrated protein... it was probably too soon for these also.
but we live and learn. Let go of fear, and do better next time. :-) If I were you, I'd go for a few weeks of very clean eating, just to gain back some of the benefits of that thirty days. Salads, fruits, no milk or meat--but that's just my approach. You know just three walnuts contains a good amount of protein--which your body needs way less of than we've been taught.
