Sorry to hear this. What is GSE? If you can stop I would stop taking the GSE.
FOr me I was told when doing the NB protocol if it feels worse from detox to stop for a few weeks then go back and try again. I am taking a break from my new supplements from RIck do to having sleep issues at night. I will go back on a lower dose and go from there..
