dsr -- I just saw a really good thing on TV (for a change) that renewed my hope in real spirit, as opposed to the stuff I usually see on the now-abominable "keeping them honest" 360. I felt pretty acidic today, as it's muggy here, suddenly, so my heart was moved by seeing something heartfelt (!!) to realize how much the usual fare wears us down.

we have to be vigilant.that we are not acting out just what we are expected to.
