Just curious. Why do people come here taking other peoples products then want free info from barefoot on what to do next? No offense just curious.

dsr gave you some good basic info, ( second door on the right) and you could probably learn alot reading the 108 pages, AND it may be that there IS something else you can do...( meanwhile)


on the other hand, MH would say, "what doesn't go down and out the body goes up
and out."

So, in some ways dsr was giving you the handshake people often get here
when it seems they are not familiar with Barefoot's ways.

It sounds as though your body is eliminating acid waste faster than you can process.
At the risk of giving you more reading to do, you might visit the Ask Moreless forum
or go to a blog called "Alkalizing my way to perfect health."

Sorry (mh and all) to mention it here, but it seems to me the alkalizing principles spoken of in the pages I mention might help the poster to slow down what sounds like it might be a detox gone too fast...
( and I've also been curious as to what mh thinks of what Moreless proposes. They seem to be in the same realm...though God knows on diferent farms :-))


That said, as you know, there are other cleansings that can help the blood: like kidney cleanse (look into celery seed as an inexpensive way to do that; also watermelon.It's almost the season)
If you google these on curezone, you'll come up with some interesting reading...and new realms to explore.

mh has herbs and wonderful formulas, and speaks about the orange juice fast on 108 pages, and much more...but it sounds to me like you might want to go slower.
there's no shame in that.
