Re: Water cleansing, coffee enema, coconut cleansing!

I love my coconut Oil Enema s! It's my favorite to do and do almost daily. I use a few tablespoons- I'm not stingy with it! I put it in with the water and warm them both together.

I find that, for me, being new to this and constipation being my issue along with a twisted colon that gets clogged with worms and such, the oil helps loosen things up and ease it through my difficult areas of the large intestines.

It also smells good and helps the end of the tube nice and lubricated.

Try one and see- it may become one of your favorites too! (Of course I always add 2 Tbs of Epsom Salts )
