Re: Anyone found benefit from progesterone for AF?

Estrogen dominance is a huge problem for me and I suspect has been a problem throughout my whole life (I got my first period when I was 16).
I have no idea what to do about it and what caused it.

I thought progesterone deficiency is rather easy to correct just by taking progesterone cream until I actually tried it. Turns out it converts to estrogen! And fast! After 10 days of use I accidentally induced a second period which made me bedridden and really sick again. I'm trying to recover from this now.

My situation is more complicated because of the concurrent process of benzo withdrawal which is a two year minimum adventure. Taking any hormones on top of that is a bad idea anyway.

But from what I read many women experience worsening of the estrogen dominance after supplementing with progesterone.

Are there any heavy metals that could cause progesterone deficiency or suppress ovulation by blocking LH? Does anyone know anything about it?..

I'm yet to do a hair test which I was not able to do so far because of the financial reasons.
