I found out about viruses by luck...a doctor abroad listen to my story about chronic fatigue and so on and ask me if I tested for CMV and EBV. it seems many people have them but when you get infected first time can put you down...or later they can do the same if your immune system is off by others stressor/infections...they could be also a main cause of AF as i found out later (as parasites also can).

there are some blood test for CMV EBV which check your "load" of them at one point in time. there are also some rx antiviral that help but im just learning about...

What i know helps me keep them at bay is vit.C and coconut oil...for the moment. there probably are some antiviral herbs maybe onwards has an idea...check also zappers
The approach i've read as being best is work first on big ones than bacteria than viruses. Diet is important also for viruses. vitC and COFFEE (yes coffee) help detoxifing some of viruses toxins but is nono for AF.

>> good stuff worth to try it BUT if you have AF watch the dose: its potassium food and its hipoglicemic also
- clark protocol
>> i did a similar one but not exactly the same. the original Wormwood dosage was too strong for my liver

I would start with garlic first or mebendazole - that would definitively get some off them out if you have them.
