Yup, I am still not sure why but we can use Sodium Chloride to defend against infections and the other minerals are simply not needed or become detrimental after a certain amount.

I already wrote on how Silica becomes detrimental once dried but the next one is Selenite the salt form of Selenium which we know from early work in this forum is detrimental and proven detrimental in nearly any dose.

Didn't Orlee have a Video on how adding Selenite to cow pastures made the cows sick and that he now only uses Selenomethionine (methylated or organic selenium)...
