I've been analyzing the pizza for a month.
Initially i thought it was B vitamins since i wasn't having any b vit in my diet, so i bought b complex but nothing has happened.
Could be sodium but i've consumed
Sea Salt water,
Celery (high in sodium) but nothing has happened.
I thought it was an amino acid called 'tyrosine' which is found in cheese, this helps adrenals, mood,brain etc, but i've been having superfood plus (rich in tyrosine) nothing has happened.
Fat-i'm experimenting it now, i had coconut oil for a month last month but nothing happened. I'm going to consume 60g fat.
I had a hair mineral analysis test done last week and it showed that my body isn't utilizing glucose, glucose is needed to fuel the brain. Pizza has lots of carbs (300g) so maybe the carbs helped the fog. My body has been using my fat as energy fuel hence my weight loss.
Final conclusion
1)Body not utilizing glucose (need to repair adrenals, have more complex carbs and fat,0 simple carbs, also need to sort out the sodium-potassium ratio
2) Candida
