Hi, I know this is an old thread, but 300 milliAmps more than a trifle strong to make Colloidal Silver . The silver will be torn off the wire with that much current. If anyone reads this, make sure you use silicon rubber tubing from a pet shop, not the PVC often sold. PVC contains phthalates which are rather nasty chemicals.
