Re: Just started, bit of an issue?

Unfortunately i don't think ill be taking urine internally again anytime soon, the last few days i've had the worst diarrhea ive had in years!

Considering that urine is sterile im confused why this would happen, id like to think it's just a healing crisis but i cant risk having diarrhea this bad again

I'll continue to use it topically before i have a shower, but i don't think i can bring myself to drink it again after what its done to me this time :(

I'll note my urine was very salty & had a strong smell until washed off, maybe one day when i have totally clear unsmelly pee i'll give it a try again, i think smelling it before drinking is an obvious test, i love the idea of producing my own self-made medicine and i will continue to collect my morning mid stream urine for external application, but wont be drinking any for a while

I should add i eat healthy, plenty of water, vegetables, grass fed meat & wild caught seafood
