Other than stopping eating a lot of nuts (high in copper), I really have not changed my diet. And also avoid things like mushrooms, avacadoes, and other high copper foods.
But I was already eating lots of grass fed beef, organic chicken. I am not fat phobic, and neither is my practitioner. So I am not really following Dr Wilsons diet.
Actually, my calorie into is probably a little less. I had such bad hypoglycemia previously, that I ate constantly....and always felt hungry. I snacked on nuts all day long between meals. Now I can easily go 6 hrs between meals.
