I was already eating different since 2006 to help the hubby heal his gut...but same calorie count as today ...:) NB doesn't even allow fruit do to the fact of insulin resistance...most have low magnsium and low chromium. That was the only change I need to make and eat more veggies instead of the fruit...Some of use need more fats and others need less...But the basic protein and veggie is needed and good fats :)
