If you're having BM problems, you're going to really need to increase your fruit intake on this GAPS diet, because I don't see a lot of fiber with their emphasis on animal products, a big warning sign for me personally.
May I ask what your doing GAPS for?
I eat high-carb/low-fat with only fruit and a lot of it during morning through afternoon and a lot of whole grains with mostly leafy greens in the evenings and my BMs have never been better, all my headaches went away, and most of my other illnesses.
