I have no answers, just some thoughts for you:

What are your symptoms?

Are there indications of problems with any other pituitary hormones?

Have you ever charted your temperature--cf drrind.com?

I'm not suggesting that this IS the problem, but at some point you might want to consider that mercury (Hg) affects the pituitary hormones. If Hg is involved, you probably also have a half dozen other Hg symptoms not related to adrenals. A. Cutler and D. Pompa discuss their Hg symptoms and challenges in getting diagnosed in this interview.
