Secondary Adrenal Insuffiency (Not Addison's)

Hello, I am new to curezone.
I have secondary adrenal insuffiency. (SAI)
It is NOT the same as primary adrenal insuffiency.(Addison's disease)
I have just received blood test results from the endo Dr.
SAI is when the ACTH is deficient and in turn leads to insufficient cortisol.
Aldosterone is normal(unlike Addison's)
SAI blood test results as follows
Low cortisol
Low ACTH
High Renin
Normal Aldosterone

In SAI; there is no hyperpigmentation, low blood pressure, or high levels of potassium.(unlike Addison's)
I have been recently diagnosed and so I have NOT had x-rays, ultrasound, CT scan, or MRI to detect tumors.

If anyone is familiar with this disease or better yet has secondary adrenal insuffiency; I would very much like to hear your experience.

Did you have hormone replacement with hydrocortisol?
How many and what hormones were you deficient in?
What was the cause of the SAI? (tumor or other illness)?
Did you have tumor removed?
How long did it take for you to recover after treatment started?

Thanks for reading this and hope to have some replies. I have had Grave's disease and now I have SAI.
