Re: ok to do ICU tapeworm/roundworm at same time?
Many people on this forum talk about "seeing" flukes, but I doubt most know what they are really seeing anyway. Praziquantel is supposed to cause many worms to dissolve or explode so you may not "see" much after taking it anyway.
Bear in mind that the drugs also act in different ways, so might be difficult to compare. e.g after an initial effect much of the effect of Albendazole I found a week or two after dosing (worm starvation?), whereas Prazi had a stronger initial effect (worm explosion?!) for me (though also did seem to have effect later too). Ivermectin (worm paralysis) had an initial effect too (and perhaps also a delayed effect, though I'm not sure) and reading here it peaks in blood after 5 hours. I'm not sure if ivermectin has been that effective for me or not though I found it quite tolerable, so took a lot of it anyway. Then again, the statements I am making in this paragraph are subjective ramblings and what you experience and what is best for you will entirely depend on what exactly you individually are suffering from.
DEC= diethylcarbamazine, but forget it as you don't have travel and sounds like you are on the right track as you are with tapeworms/flukes.
PS: not sure if you read my reply on your gastroenterologist thread, but I suggested there that you really should try and instead see a doctor who specialises in infectious diseases as these are the only ones with the slightest clue about these things, and the only doctors who might be able to help you to precisely know what exactly is going on.
