Re: ok to do ICU tapeworm/roundworm at same time?

How long have you been suffering? Many people on this forum talk about Ascaris, but I doubt that's what they have if they've been suffering for years. My infectious diseases doctor told me that the human body normally clears Ascaris on its own, and if you have been ill for years it's probably not Ascaris (and would also be dealt with by the Albendazole, though Ivermectin would doubly kill it!). What you DO need to be more concerned about are chronic tapeworm infections like cysticercosis (which requires many doses of what you have been doing), or potentially deadly chronic infections of nematodes like strongyloides, with the latter indeed definitely requiring Ivermectin.

Anyway, to the point, yes, you can take Praziquantel + Albendazole + Ivermectin at the same time and this is actually what I am doing right now, and am improving quite a lot (essentially follow the tapeworm protocol, and then throw in the 4 days on 3 days off of Ivermectin from the strongyloides protocol). There are actually some other types of worm infections such as sparganosis where the recommended treatment is big doses of all 3 of these drugs.

You might though want to try Ivermectin on its own first though, just to see how you react to it first and so you can tell if it specifically does anything for you.

PS: do you have any exotic foreign travel history? If so, then investigate things like filarial worms, as these will also require ivermectin/DEC/doxycycline .
