Re: What's your experience starting with higher doses of iodine

Posted my experience starting with one or two drops of Lugol's working every few days upping the dose to then 2000mg magnetized SSKI . The worst detox for me was doses of 600mg or less. Then after another round of bromine zits for last week started 4000mg SSKI daily and zits are gone again.

Have not read of anyone taking gram doses then posting oops had to back down the dose. Read of a lot of people taking drop dosages then posted oops had to back down. People can have not only the fear of Iodine before starting the protocol but then the added negative experience from too low of a dose falsely confirms in their mind their original preconceived unfounded fear of iodine. I just got tired of counting damn drops and now count droppers.

The decision as I see it when confronted with detox symptoms do I increase or decrease the dosage? Staying on the same dose and start pulse dosing has been helpful to some and might be a long term strategy when taking effective dosages. The crux of the matter as I see it rest on do I believe Iodine is the solution to the problem.
