Yes, my detox started when I took over 60 mg daily, and it did last for almost 3 months. I should have gone to 100-300 mg right away, but I didnt know this forum yet. I suspect it would have shortened the detox with at least 2 months, or lessened it conciderably.

Because; the last days of this detox period I got a bad flu; and I hit the 300 mark several days in a row(lugols)+ 10 grams of vit c.
This is the most I ever took of Lugols.

After the flu was over, 3-4 days; I woke up and was good, stayed that way ever since, more or less.

Now, when having SSKI at hand, I sometimes have a go at gram size :) Tweet
