This is easily tested with some muscle testing skills and a glass of raw milk.
Alternatively you can test:
- Budwig style cottage cheese
- SCD Yogurt made from pasteurized organic milk
- Low temp pasteurized and ISO filtered organic Milk
Then to prove a harmful effect test ANY made by first separating all milk parts then gluing them back together with chemicals to create the blue skim milk so popular by Nutritionists :)
