Creatine not only helps the muscles...but the brain?


If you do a simple google search on "creatine brain" you will get many results discussing out taking 5g of creatine daily for 6 weeks will improve your mood, raise your IQ, and help you become more focused.

Can anyone on creatine monohydrate speak to this...? I don't see the connection between the brain and creatine.
