please can anyone tell me what these could be???

I been having issues for over a year now and no help from the 6 trips to hospitals, doctors visits and naturalist .. i had given up been then my symptems lately have gotten worse and everytime i have a bowl movement these strange things are all in my poop ... I also have pelvic pain when trying to use restroom . i am at me end i cant take this anymore.. no insurance now and no doctor would help anyway not even look at these ,, i passed these this morning :(***
