Complex Fasting Question about Msm and Scars.

Does fasting help with Acne scars? I know they help with scars but I'm just not too sure about Acne scars, they're pretty deep icepick scars.

Also, I'm planning to do a water or dry fast but I wanna take a very high quality msm flakes. Msm is organic sulfur that aids the body in detoxication and builds new skin cells.

Would this speed up my fast or would it just defeat the purpose of the fast? Has anyone on here actually try a Water Fast with MSM? Tweet
