Good advice, having some snacks on hand is a great way to stop sugar cravings, but the Chromium picolinate 500mcg works for three quarters of folks, and involves NO calories. I'm always careful of telling folks to snack to allay sugar cravings, it can lead to weight-gain unless they snack on carrots, celery, etc. But, this isn't the stuff folks tend to eat who crave chocolates, ice cream and candies!
