You remind me of myself - I'm also a terrible sugar addict and 2 weeks ago I started to do a sugar detox to finally get rid of these cravongs. Actually it's my 3rd attempt but this time I stay strong and after 2 weeks of horrible cravings it's getting easier.

Also try to bring healthy replacement snacks with you, whereever you go (carrots, almonds, cherry tomatoes,...)
