Generally speaking, there would be elevated effector cells, such as eosinophils, monocytes, neutrophils and maybe active T mast cells.
Allergies are almost a sure sign of some parasitic load, especially yeast or fungal related bug.
A test for pancreatic enzymes could be helpful.
My experience has been, those with blood related
parasites almost always have elevated platelets.
The basic symptom list should be a good indicator--but, finding the type or nature of the
parasite is highly specialized diagnostic work, unavailable to most people.
However, if you are a pet or farm animal, the likelihood of identifying your particular
parasite will be much higher.
