Re: Mood-Altering Yogurt?

Here's a good place to ask... 3 questions,
Been trying out some raw diary and goat milk... Milk, GONE!

Goat milk how long is it safe? I've noticed the goat milk taste has soured slightly, got it all on 5-3-13, half gal left.

Goat yogurt, have not opened yet(it's visibly separated no big deal, shake it up, right?)

Cow kefir, half mini jug left, it's soured since starting on it also.
I'm not a big dairy person. but food is medicine!
I would say despite the non offensive flatulence (No it doesn't smell like roses) it's helping digestion
