This problem we have is cumulative and progressive. There is a spectrum and we all have a baseline of where we are on this spectrum. Beyond that there are fluctuations from our baseline. When you all read success stories, usually what happens is these people were able to get back to their baseline from where they fluctuated. Almost always these fluctuations are from stress but there is also a natural ebb and flow as well. You guys may have noticed this when you get worse and there is no reasonable reason for it.
I've always been more focused on resetting the baseline. I don't care much about the fluctuations so I don't concern myself over diet, supplements, and medications.
I'm convinced that resetting this baseline is possible but it is not gradual. It is a reset. It is also very difficult as you might imagine.
The reason why I'm posting this is because if you are focused on coping (the fluctuations), you will want to ignore all of my advice. I am NOT saying to stop what you are doing because I need to finish this for myself first before I'd feel comfortable encouraging others along this path.
