I was really sick at 13 years old maybe sicker than your son I was seeing many many doctors did hundreds of diff tests receiving fancy diagnostics and treatments. Finally I've seen a university professor with a real down to earth approach. In 3 minutes without any test he told my mom I have bad case parasites. Similar as your son I've had behavioral stuff OCD faint on the bus street nausea lose weigh fears can't focus you name it...test confirmed then 2 types of parasites one was ascaris. On the other hand you might wanna check for bacteria overgrowth. I've seen several articles about streptococcus producing mental disorders that comes and goes.
