The only time I have ever been nauseaus with a worm infection is when I had some sort of upper intestinal blockage, which I assumed when the liver dumped bile and toxins reguarly, it was making me sick because it could not get out and would come back up to my stomach. Just speculation on my part, but it did go away when I cleared the blockage.
