Yeah, I have friends who drink and drink and have no health problems too. If I drink it gives me many problems also but it is not as tempting for me now as it used to be. How do they remove the alcohol from the red wine? As long as it is a safe process that doesn't use any chemicals. I know that decaffeinated coffee is even worse than caffeinated coffee (healthwise) because the procedure of decaffeination actual creates all kinds of harmful chemicals. I'm wondering if something could happen when removing alcohol from the red wine. I do believe that small amounts of red wine, even with the alcohol can be beneficial for the body.
