for thos of you who are dealing hard with any sweet food - I found xylitol as mine only one sweetener which gives me 0% bad reaction (exceot diahrea fter huge daily dose, but this is not related to candida itself, but to xylitols effects). I can not tollerate any carbs and even stevia but Xylitol is comapltely OK on Candida I think, (Stevia is not OK for me at least).
Also I give you advice - if you can, dont make your diet too strict, as you became alergic on these avoidable foods and even react worse to them. Try to live on the maximum border you can tollerate.
