Oil pulling, itchy rash spreading over body

Hi,

Wondering if anyone has experienced an extremely itchy rash that looks like they have been scalded. I have been oil pulling with raw organic coconut oil for 3 days and I have a rash that started at the back of my knees and is extremely itchy and has spread right up the back of my legs. The sides of my face are also beginning to become itchy. Is this part of the process? Tweet
