I so appreciate your encouragment and direction. Perhaps the intense itching is candida die off and simply detox rxns from MSM. Last night after writing you, I woke up to a nightmare and in reality it felt that they were crawling everywhere and even having a painful, strange, sensation in my heart...yikes. Today I did start a double dose of BW/WW/CLOVE complex...last nights movement was so out of control and then I realized tonight is the full moon, or perhaps tom. All I know is it looks full and I recall that they lay eggs or they hatch at the full moon...eeek..

I wish I had just clove, but since I don't I just took the complex I have. Hope it's not a mistake and will def stop prior to ICU's protocol, but it felt like they were getting out of control again, hence unbearable. Between you and me, I had a little relapse on the Ben and Jerry's for a few days (super rich ice cream:( ), but I'm back on track with the PnB shakes instead...almost as good..hehe.

Last night I took my vitamins with Iodine and felt sort of shakey today, plus my liquid potassium Iodide arrived. Could you be so kind as to share your thoughts on whether or not I should take that while on ICU's prot? I want to be careful not to do anything that will negate the work of the meds.
