Its great having company here and not having to feel like noone believes you and/or there is noone else out there dealing with same... I know what that's like - it can be horrific once you start pushing out the big parasites... and once you've seen them.. you can never forget it.... I think I mentioned to you after a megaCoQ10 dose I had a hugeeeeee worm come out of me intact.. and it draped down my leg to my knee... it was so disgusting.. I just couldn't believe my eyes..... then sneezing up the fluke... to be honest with you Sarah, I feel in permanent terror from those memories!

Anyway, keep going , you will always have support you need here and someone to talk to about these grizzly adventures!
