You have some great suggestions. I've also tried some homeopathic remedies that often help (some nights can't be helped by anything it seems): Calms Forte, Calc. Phos cell salts. Hyland's also has an Insomnia remedy, but I like the Calms Forte best. Sometimes I take a capsule or two of Glycine by Source Naturals (a calming amino acid). I keep all these things in my nightstand because it's a common need for me ;)
