I have lurked but never posted just want to say thanks for sharing your findings Shea. I would like to try one of your methods at first to see how it goes, if you had to choose one that you feel gives you most improvement what would you say it'd be? The Mega Red-Krill Oil or EPO (what brand was it btw)? Or would you recommend the Probiotics instead...are you still taking all 3?
