When it comes to Cultured foods and probiotics, some on this site say its useless and waste of money, until you really have low amounts of Candida in your gut?? Then there is room for the Flora to colonize?
When should you start adding probiotics/cultured foods?
I take small amounts of Saurkraut daily...I will try the Artichoke also. As for the Kefir, I have tried it several times in the past and it caused bloating and diarrhea...I think its the Yeast in Kefir that causes problems for me.
